Our Longboard Camp is set in the north of Fuerteventura, scheduled from the 14th to the 21st of October, 2024. Our meticulously crafted program is designed not only to elevate your longboarding skills but also to ensure you experience an unforgettable holiday:

• Longboard Coaching: Whether you’re transitioning from a shorter board to longboarding or looking to deepen your knowledge, surf coach Javi will help you refine your technique and develop your style with coaching in the water, video analysis, extended theory and on-land-sessions on the hamboard.

• Professional Surf Photos: Capture your finest moments with surf photos and take your memories home with you.

• Healthy and Delicious Catering: We’ll take care of your well-being with daily breakfast and dinner. Enjoy our delicious, healthy meals – vegetarian and vegan options included.

• Evening Program & More: As the sun sets, a variety of evening activities await you. From relaxing yoga to dancing to live music in one of the local bars – here, you’ll get to know your fellow surfers even better.

Find relaxation and comfort at Villa Koa. Our cozy villa, complete with a pool, is located in the charming village of El Roque on the north-west coast of Fuerteventura – an oasis of tranquility, perfect for unwinding after a day full of surfing. You can choose to stay in one of our shared rooms, single rooms or enjoy more private time in our deluxe room with its own terrace and bathroom.

My name is Javier de Sebastian, I started surfing 34 years ago and have been involved with longboarding for 15 years.

I am passionately in love with classic Old-School Longboarding: Cross steps, trim lines, and nose rides.

I see surfing as a culture and more as an art than a competitive sport. Boards are for me like brushes that draw lines on ephemeral canvases. Style is most important to me; it’s not about what you do, but how you do it.

I have been teaching surfing and longboarding for 12 years, the last years as Joysurfdivision, and classic surfing is my passion.

I can’t wait to share the waves of Fuerteventura with you and work together on your style!
